Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ Days Notice: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled tour are eligible for a full 100% refund or booking credit.

  • 4 to 6 Days Notice: Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before your scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund or booking credit.

  • 3 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 3 days or less before the tour are non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-Shows: Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled tour will be charged the full price of the booking.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling Your Tour

  • Standard Rescheduling: All bookings may be rescheduled for an alternative date at any time, subject to availability.

  • Last-Minute Rescheduling (Within 24 Hours): If you request to reschedule your tour within 24 hours of the start time, a mandatory $100 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Please Note: If our company needs to reschedule your tour within 24 hours (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), this fee will be completely waived.
